Policies for your stay

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less any processing fees. Within 30 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable, though we will always try to help you move the dates when the calendar allows.

Stays are confirmed personally. A 50% deposit secures the dates and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. For arrivals inside 30 days the full amount is due at confirmation.

A refundable damage authorization is held before arrival and released after check-out, once the property has been inspected. Normal wear is expected and never charged.

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can sometimes be accommodated depending on the schedule around your stay.

The number of guests agreed at booking is the number staying on the property. Events, parties and additional visitors are not permitted without written approval from the host.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbouring residences. Outdoor music is not permitted during these hours.

The residence is pet-free and entirely smoke-free, indoors and out. This includes vaping and cannabis.

The primary guest must be at least 30 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub and shoreline. There is no lifeguard on the property, and glass is not permitted in the pool area. Kayaks and life vests are used at your own risk.

Please treat the residence as your own: shoes off indoors, no furniture moved between floors, and the fire pit fully extinguished before bed. Report anything that breaks and we will take care of it.
