Terms of Stay
Occupancy
The nightly rate includes sixteen guests across eight bedrooms, and the estate can accommodate up to twenty-four guests at $100 per additional guest per night. Gatherings larger than the confirmed count require prior approval. Events and parties beyond a private family stay are not permitted.
Minimum stay and check-in
A two-night minimum applies to most dates. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM unless arranged in advance. Exact access instructions are shared before arrival.
House rules
No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool, hot tub and sauna are used at your own risk; children must be supervised near the water at all times. The fire pit and grill are for outdoor use only.
Care of the home
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage beyond normal wear will be discussed with the group before any charge is applied.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with every booking. Deposits are refundable per the schedule provided at confirmation.
